Recently renovated, our luxury rooms now offer a 42 inch, two person private whirlpool. We offer a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast in our newly renovated Breakfast Room which also features a Flat Screen television and full body executive massage recliner for your relaxation. Free Wireless Internet is also available in Breakfast Room and Lobby. Our indoor heated swimming pool and fitness room are a few of the extra amenities that our hotel has to offer. Newport hair quarters, a full service, unisex hair salon is located within the hotel. The hotel also offers a Mini Spa and a number of spa services are offered by appointment only. The hotel is just 5 miles from downtown Newport, 1 mile from the Naval War College and we are conveniently located to the Newport Mansions and beaches. Cleanliness, broken phone, fire hazard wires.

Disgusting. Phone didn't work. Electrical wire were hanging off of walls. Wall paper was pealing. Refidgerator was in the middle of the room. Carpet was filthy.

Room overlooked dumpster and was not in best part of town.

I was not met at the desk with a very friendly person. The rooms were less than acceptable. The hallways were very long and it was not convenient to get to the room. gloomy.

An overpriced 2.5 star hotel located in the Business District of Middletown. Dark and gloomy hallways complement the paper thin blankets and worn out carpet in this spa like atmosphere. Would not recommend to anyone I knew. Holiday Inn Express across the street a much better choice. ...read more

The atmosphere of the hotel grounds had a park side setting & the inside setting was like home.
The room was way too small too move around.

I would recommend the hotel, I would stay at the hotel again - and my only preference would be to have a larger room.

It had a bed and a toilet.
No illumination in the inadequate parking area, unsecured entries throughout building.

This was a
horrible place. I was embarrassed to take my friend there once we arrived. The staff
is curt and inhospitable.
